ABOUT RACHAEL HAND

Are you seeking a local Realtor expert? Consider Rachael! She has been a licensed Realtor since 2004. She grew her love for assisting clients in transition during many years in Global Relocation. She actively shares her appreciation of the Bay Area with global and local buyers and sellers. Because Rachael demonstrates a passion for negotiating in the best interest of her clients, she sees herself as a steward of their assets. With an additional 10 years of  marketing experience in entertainment, she has successfully applied her skills to market and sell homes from the front yard to the back fence and everything in between. She remains consistently “plugged-in” technologically, expressing a desire to communicate quickly and directly.

Possessing a Master of Real Estate, Rachael has been honored every year since 2013 as Diablo Magazine’s 5-Star Professional. In 2014, she received recognition as CCRIM’s Realtor of the Year. Rachael has a love of knowledge and coaching, so she continues her education to stay up to date on industry issues. She served on the Board of Directors for the Contra Costa Association of Realtors from 2012 to 2020, acting as the President in 2019.

Since 2015, Rachael has been on the California Association of Realtors Board of Directors and joined the National Association of Realtors Board in 2020. She actively participates in several committees aimed at improving CCAR members’ experience and its associated technology.

Because Rachael has a love of volunteering her time where she sees a need, she relaunched Helping Hands in 2011, the benevolent fund for the real estate community, growing it into a well-known fund that assists many people in need. She is taking on that role again in 2024. Rachael enjoys cycling, singing harmony in a band, and hiking with her dog Luna, a rescue from Taiwan, in her spare time.
